Walsall Caravan Sales & Service Ltd offer a comprehensive service for your caravan or motorhome in order to maintain your Manufacturer’s Warranty period and beyond.
Our purpose designed 3 bay workshop facility contains a 4 post ramp capable of lifting motorhomes and caravans, even 8 feet wide caravans.
We have the equipment and experience to enable us to complete a breadth of tasks to a high standard all under one roof. Beit servicing, maintenance, repairs or installations of accessories.
We can service and repair most makes of touring caravans and motorhomes that are used for leisure purposes. If they are used for residence or permanent occupation or hire and reward purposes the rules for service vary and you will require a gas engineer that’s GAS SAFE REGISTERED as a legal requirement outside of our range.
As proud Approved workshop scheme members, we are required to meet compliance criteria of best working practices, be covered by the correct insurances and all our equipment has to be calibrated annually. Ensuring high standards for you the customer and the knowledge that you and your vehicles are in safe hands.
Most manufacturers of leisure vehicles recognise the Approved Workshop Scheme and are National Caravan Council members, and as such, enable us to service their Brands of Caravans and Motorhomes to maintain their manufacturers warranty period.

Within our workshop we have the space and skills to tackle water ingress damage problems that are causing damp issues.
As caravaners ourselves we understand the disappointment of finding damp in your leisure vehicle, it’s your pride and joy and is an integral point of your holidays as your Base hub.
We can offer advice on how to tackle the area of water ingress and solutions to repair the damp areas.
Although we like to think everything is repairable, cost effectiveness come into play as repairs can be highly time consuming.
We for this reason recommend annual service to help identify potential problem areas. If caught early the damage could be vastly reduced and so to the cost for repairing, but if left unattended the resulting damage can increase becoming more time consuming and more costly to rectify.
We are happy to quote for damp repairs although we will need to see the van at the workshop to conduct a damp inspection of the affected area.
We supply, fit and balance tyres in our own tyre bay.
Rarely do we ever need to change tyres due to little or no tread. Most tyres tend to split or start to perish before they become bald. Therefor so a close inspection is always required for this reason.
The advice given is that tyres are changed when damaged i.e. cracked or split. Recommendations are that tyres should be replaced between 5 or 7 years of age, unless damaged earlier.
We can change the tyres on your Caravan or Motorhome whilst it’s in for its annual service in our fully equipped workshop, saving you the inconvenience of travelling elsewhere or waiting around at home or storage to get them fitted.
